General dance classes can be used to build cardio, strength and flexibility for both the Mind and Body, whilst also providing a fun stress free way to forget about everyday life. Along with traditional dance fitness classes to chart music, with the intention of having fun whilst working out, we also offer more specific fitness styles such Yoga, Barre Core, and Pilates. Whatever you choose, your class will be designed specifically for you!
Remember we allow up to four students in each private lesson, so why not invite some friends! Laughing will burn off even more calories!
